This product is a very lightweight gutter screen, made of aluminum, and designed to fit a 5" gutter. It is pretty easy to work with, and went on without too much difficulty. It should be handled with gloves when having to cut for corners or shorten the screen. The box has printed templates with patterns for making cuts to fit inside corners and outside corners. There is a bag of #2 square drive screws included with each box. I found it easy to put up, easy to handle, and easy to cut. The one drawback is the price -- each box of 5 pieces is priced at over $50 - making this product cost over $2.50 per running foot. That may be the going rate for a product like that, but it seemed a bit high to me. Means you can't be wasting anything on your cuts or miss any measurements.

I bought the smart screen gutter guard to keep me from climbing up to clean out the gutters. I first heard of this product after watching Holms on Holms and since he use the screens on his shows well that is all I needed to know. When I got them I looked to see how they worked after I saw how well it kept leaves out of the gutters I bought them for the rest of our gutters so far no leaves have got into the gutters. This is by far the best product yet to keep the gutters clean

Received product was found as accurately described on Amazon.
Unfortunately upon opening all 3 packages there was significant flattening of the rolled front edges and compression damage to both ends of the screens. There was no visible damage to the cartons. I was able to straighted the crushed ends by careful hammering on an anvil. I was able to somewhat restore the crushed rolled front edge by driving a small diameter steel rod through the cavity of the rollform.
Installing the product was not difficult but time consuming due to the required reconstructive work. No installation instructions were found in or on the boxes, I had to revert to their website.
A better method of packaging is needed to protect this expensive and fragile soft aluminum screen during shipping. I normally would return this level of damage, however, it was not shipped by Amazon. I did not want to go through the hassle of returning to a 3rd party.
I would not recommend Smart Screen until they find a way to ship without damage.
