Great Product

This was put in a gutter that had a downspout on the other end of it and still managed to collect standing water. Repeated attempts to angle gutter for drainage had failed. This product, along with the Monarch Rainchain 290001-ALU Aluminum solved the problem and doesn't collect the pine needle at all. Looks good too and definitely not attractive to metal thieves.

Great drain

I recently installed 4 rainchains on an aging, sagging rain gutter across the front of my house. One sag allowed runoff from the roof to splash on people coming up the walk to the front door. As I was installing them, I saw I needed something to channel the roof runoff into the chains and ordered 4 installers. Service was absolutely wonderful as the installers arrived the next day. They were also very easy to install. Finally, we had a rain here in bone-dry Arizona to test the installers and rainchains. They all worked like a champ; no more dousing visitors. They also look very nice and give the front of the house added character. Neighbors have admired them.
